Taylor Swift altered the title to a live track featured on her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, on Friday (August 16), in what fans believe to be a calculated "diss" towards a fellow artist.

According to TMZ, the "Karma" songstress changed the name of TTPD track "thanK you aIMee" (initially assumed to highlight beef with Kim Kardashian), to "thank You aimEe" in the newly unveiled Live from London version. Upon release of the live single, fans assumed that Swift changed the capital letters that used to spell out "KIM," to "YE" as a strategic diss towards rapper Kanye West.

Swiftes maintain that the single draws attention to an apparent disagreement the "Lover" artist had with Kardashian in 2016 following the release of West's "Famous," featuring lyrics: "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b**** famous."

Not long after the song was shared with the world, Swift unveiled that she never gave Ye permission to use those lyrics in his track. Kardashian, married to the "Waves" standout at the time, leaked a supposed "edited" phone call where she claimed Swift did give permission to her partner.

"ThanK You AIMee," which references a “bronze” and “spray-tanned” bully whom Swift's mom wishes were dead, has now seemingly shifted as a diss to Ye following the title change, despite featuring the same lyrics.

Swift, Kardashian, and Ye have yet to publicly speak about the meaning behind the track as fans across the globe continue to speculate the title and lyrics.
