During a recent interview, Halsey says that she wasn’t into her boyfriend, G-Eazy in the beginning.
"He would come up to me at award shows and be like 'hey'…[and I'd think] “Oh G-Eazy is trying to chat me up right now like yuk” and he was like “give me a chance.''
It didn’t take long for G-Eazy’s charm to get the best of the “Him and I” collaborator, Halsey says she fell in love with him while making music and afterward G-Eazy had an “I told you so” type of attitude.
"He was super “I told you so” about it, he was like "see look we're in love and we have a great song, I told you everything would work out,” she said.
The couple was boo’d up at Coachella over the weekend and seem to have a strong relationship, Halsey told Wonderland Magazine that the couple works well together because they support each other during their moments of “self-doubt.”
