One of the perks of being the boss at HBO is that you get to watch the new Game Of Thrones season early.
The CEO of HBO, Richard Plepler, says all six episodes are a "spectacle."
Plepler told Variety that the show's final six episodes are like "six movies", saying the show runners "knew the bar was high" and "exceeded" it.
While Season 8 will only have six episodes, each one clocks in at a movie-like 90 minutes.
HBO shared the first footage from the season in a trailer over the weekend. No official release date is set, but the premiere is expected to happen in April.
