Second night of preliminary competition is complete at Miss America 2018 and Miss Louisiana, Laryssa Bonacquisti, walked away with a $1,000 scholarship for a swimsuit prelim and Miss Minnesota, Brianna Drevlow, received a $2,000 scholarship for her classical piano performance (y'all remember she is a BGSU student.....GO FALCONS!!) Tonight two final women will be awarded preliminary awards.
In addition to the preliminary winners there were a few other awards handed out last night and how exciting Miss Ohio, Sarah Clapper, was a recipient of the Women in Business scholarship. She received $5,000 for being a state titleholder studying in a business field (she a graduate of The Ohio State University where she studied Architecture!)
