Massachusetts & Indiana win prelims on final night of Miss America 2019!!

Final night of preliminary competition is complete at Miss America 2019 and Miss Massachusetts, Gabby Taveras, walked away with a $1,000 scholarship for an On-Stage Interview Award and Miss Indiana, Lydia Tremaine, received a $2,000 scholarship for her performance of Frank Sinatra's "That's Life". Preliminary competition is over....next stop a new Miss America will be crowned!

In addition to the preliminary winners there were a few other awards handed out last night:
Quality of Life Award winners - 2nd Runner Up: Mississippi, 1st Runner Up: Maryland, Winner: Arkansas
STEM winners (each awarded $5,000 scholarship) - Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada
Women in Business winners (each awarded $5,000 scholarship) - Hawaii & South Dakota
