Joe Jonas is grateful for his "peaceful" co-parenting relationship with ex-wife Sophie Turner.

The Jonas Brothers musician, 35, appeared on the July 7 episode of the School of Greatness podcast where he shared rare comments about the "important" relationship he has with the 29-year-old Game of Thrones alum as they parent their daughters Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2, per E! News.

"I have a great co-parenting relationship, which is really important to me," he said, adding that being a dad has been the "greatest joy and journey."

The DNCE singer also praised the women in his "beautiful" daughters' lives that will be great role models to look up to as they get older, noting, "My little ones have some incredible women to look up to, including their mom."

A source also spoke to People about the former couple's new dynamic since finalizing their divorce last year, which is said to be "better than it's ever been" since their split. They have reportedly "gotten into a co-parenting rhythm that really works and they've figured out how to communicate."

"There's a mutual respect now, and the girls are their priority," the source said. "Joe and Sophie have hit a surprisingly peaceful groove, and they've maintained an amicable relationship from two continents, which isn't easy, but they've managed to pull it off."

Jonas filed for divorce from Turner in September 2023 after four years of marriage. The former couple shared a joint statement at the time announcing their "united decision" to "amicably end" their marriage. Earlier this year, Jonas opened up about dating and "rediscovering" love after his divorce.
